There are many ways to create a patient journey map. If you’d like to use our template, you can find it here. Two options:
- File –> Download –> as a Microsoft PowerPoint (pptx) to save it locally on your computer.
- File –> Create a copy. This would save the Google slides to your Google Drive.
The reason for creating this blog was to share ideas and request input from each other so I invite attendees to share their journey maps, any questions they have or advice you have. Please leave a comment on this post!
If you are kind enough to comment, consider leaving a link to your journey map on Google Drive or a video response that you upload to Google Drive. (We don’t currently support comments with videos directly but we could capture links.)
